​Funding for MecGenE is essential because we can help vulnerable populations susceptible to extreme disparities (compared to their more resourced counterparts).  This financial support will allow MecGenE to provide, collaborate, and partner to develop programs & services which will help to minimize stunted development. Stunted development tends to lead to delinquent and financially costly behaviors. They will be able to unlearn survival mode-only tactics, and re-learn curiosity, imagination, & exploration.
